This is the best time of year to make Portlanders aware of the important role they play in our local economy. Mayor Tom Potter has offcially proclaimed the Saturday of Thanksgiving Weekend, Nov. 25th as BUY LOCAL DAY. From now until the end of December, SBNP's Think Local First campaign will be focusing on educating the public about the importance of "Thinking Independently and Shopping Locally-Owned" this holiday season.
