The Sustainable Business Network of Portland is establishing groups to work on the building blocks of a Local Living Economy. A number of groups have already been formed and others will be created as interested members come together to work on projects.

Local First campaign

The Sustainable Business Network launched the Local First economic initiative and marketing campaign in 2004 to promote supporting locally owned, independent businesses. All SBNP members are automatically part of this ongoing campaign.
